ROUND TABLE: “Classical Myths and Monstrosity: Exploring the Dark”

What does monstrosity consist of? How is it represented in the classical
world? Why do these monsters continue to both attract and horrify us today?
These and other questions will be discussed in the round table “Classical
Myths and Monstrosity: Exploring the Dark”, which will feature five
distinguished guests: Professors Liz Gloyn, Debbie Felton, Richard Buxton,
Mercedes Aguirre, and Anastasia Bakoganni.
